Krishna and her students had the opportunity to give a Bharatanatyam recital during the Brahmotsavam festival at the Sri. Venkaeswara Temple in Birmingham.
Krishna conducted a Bharatanatyam workshop at the festival launch on 9th June 2013 at Chesterton Sports Centre, Gilbert Road, Cambridge CB4 3NY. The workshop focused on story telling in Bharatanatyam style and targeted to both non-disabled and disabled participants, their carers and families.
Krishna and her students gave a Bharatanatyam dance recital at the 2013 Cambridge Big Weekend Festival on Parker's Piece, Saturday, 6th July.
Krishna choreographed and performed a special dance called 'The Waves' as a part of a book launch event of Cambridge based author Shahida Rahman on 6th June, 2012 at Waterstones Library, Cambridge.
Following the success of "Rangoli... Colours of Bharatanatyam" in 2009, Sanskruti School of Dance presented its second home production "The Ramayana" which was accompanied by live Carnatic music and featured dramaturgy expertise from Lanyt Theatre. Sanskruti School of Dance presented a showcase of Bharatanatyam dances ranging from Alarippu to Varnam intertwined with some semi classical Indian music and Bollywood dance at the Asian Mela on Sunday, July 10, 2011.
